Rolex Middle Sea Race is held annually each October. It was founded in 1968 and is organized by the Royal Malta Yacht Club and the Royal Ocean Racing Club. It's a 608 mile course starting and finishing in Malta going around Stromboli, Sicily, Pantelleria, and Lampedusa.
