2018 Shelter Island YC Race Weekend - Around the Island Result

"SRM VIII" the C&C 30OD took a 1st in PHRF 1 in this exciting, challenging race around Shelter Island. The ~22 mile race was run clockwise around the island. Puffy wind with gusts up to 22knots, and light spots down to 8knots. Some places where wind against current produced washing machine like surface conditions. Beautiful course, area. Completed the race in about 2.5 hours.
