2021 Safe Harbor Marinas Race Weekend - Results

1st in ORC on the newest SRM - the Carkeek 47. All days saw inside racing on Narragansett Bay. Day one had three races - all W/L in light to medium breeze. We took a 1-2-1. Day two was intended to be an around the island race, but was shortened at the first mark - barely to the top of Connanicut Island due to lack of breeze. Bit of a crap shoot as to where the wind would be - the sea breeze never filled in during the race, so the wind went from 1 to 5 knots tops. We took an eye-opening 8th. Day three saw us back to W/L two races for a 2-1 with 15 total points to confirm the win. An outstanding crew and team work led to this win.
